How can I use Cepfix?
You can start taking advantage of the advantages of Cepfix.com by getting an estimated price from our homepage. After filling out our form, the Cepfix employee will pick up your phone on the day and time you choose, and will give you a spare phone if you request it. After your phone is picked up by us and the damage is detected, the final repair fee is sent to you, and after your approval, the repair procedures are completed and your device is delivered to you brand new.
How can I use Cepfix's services from outside Istanbul?
For orders you will place outside Istanbul, you can send your mobile device to us free of charge with MNG Cargo. If you select 'Let Cargo Come and Get It' in the 'How should we pick up your device?' section when creating your request, your device will be picked up from your address by MNG Cargo on the day you specify. If you select “I Will Ship It Myself” in the same section, you can go to the nearest MNG Cargo branch, declare that you are a Cepfix customer, register the order number we gave you with the MNG Cargo officer and deliver your device to us free of charge. Don’t forget to get a free airbox so that your mobile device reaches us without being damaged. You can track the cargo status with the tracking number that MNG Cargo will give you.
What is the estimated price?
The estimated price is the probable repair and courier service fee of the phone, brand, model and reason for the failure you have selected. The actual price will be communicated to you after your phone is examined by us and the repair will start after your approval. After the phone is repaired and delivered to you, you can make your payment by credit card, cash, money order or EFT for the fee you have approved. Our estimated prices are calculated based on the changing part prices and labor.

What happens if the courier cannot contact me?
Our couriers deliver throughout the day, if you cannot be reached, a new appointment date will be given to you at the most convenient time.
How long will it take to repair my phone?
Our average service time is 5 business days. If you wish, we can provide you with a spare device for this period.

What are the details of the Cepfix warranty?
The Cepfix Warranty is a 1-year parts warranty offered to our customers for out-of-warranty repairs. For example, if your phone's camera is changed during the repair process, we provide you with a 1-year warranty for this part. If you have a problem with the part, it is replaced free of charge. There is no warranty for repairs and replaced parts in liquid contact devices.
What is a partial warranty?
Your mobile device's warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by user errors such as dropping or contact with liquid. Unauthorized interventions to such malfunctions will void your device's warranty. Therefore, your manufacturer's warranty will be void against malfunctions that may occur in the future and are not caused by user error. If you want your device's warranty to be valid after the repair, you can continue with a partial warranty.
How can I get a quote if my phone does not turn on?
Your phone not turning on can be caused by many different malfunctions. Since we cannot understand these differences without examining your phone, the actual repair cost will be determined after your phone is delivered to us and examined.

When will I make the payment?
You can make the payment by online payment upon price approval or by credit card, cash payment, money order and EFT at the door when the repair process is completed and the phone is delivered to you, as you wish.
What are the spare devices offered to our customers?
Our replacement phones are Samsung A5 for Android based phones, iPhone 6, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c and iPhone 5 SE for iOS (Apple) based phones.
